AST for your Blender workflow
Aviz Studio Tools brings procedural modeling, cutout image placement and AI image workflows into Blender. Create tiled surfaces with ATiles, populate your scenes with A2Dimage, and explore render variations with AImagine.
The tools are grouped in the AST tab of the 3D View sidebar, so you can move between them as your scene develops.

Help with the tools
Use the existing tool pages for videos, parameter descriptions and workflow examples. Most parameters and techniques are shared with the 3ds Max versions; the Blender panels and installation steps differ.
Included Tools
Version 1.0.0 includes three tools. Each has its own panel and workflow within the same extension.
| Tool | What it does | Availability |
|---|---|---|
| ATiles | Creates procedural tiles and repeated geometry with Geometry Nodes, bundled tile libraries, and editable placement and clipping controls. | Included |
| A2Dimage | Places transparent images as cutout planes, with alpha-based anchoring, folder navigation, and view, camera or object tracking. | Included |
| AImagine | Uses prompts, images, renders and viewport captures with user-configured AI APIs, and provides a two-image comparison window. | Included AI provider setup required |
The extension is free to use for commercial and non-commercial work. No Aviz Studio subscription or activation is required.
AImagine connects to services you configure. Cloud providers may require an account, API key and paid usage. Local ComfyUI workflows require your own ComfyUI installation and models. Provider costs are separate from the extension.
Installation in Blender
Download Aviz Studio Tools for your platform and install the ZIP directly in Blender. The tools are free to use, with no subscription or activation required.
Open the latest release on GitHub and choose the ZIP for your platform under Assets. Check that release’s Blender requirements before installing.
Choose the ZIP matching your operating system and Blender architecture. Keep the ZIP compressed. On GitHub, use the platform files under Assets, rather than the automatic Source code archives.
Install Aviz Studio Tools for Blender
